We do this by combining expert operational knowledge with cutting-edge technology. We’re currently building a modern platform to manage everything behind the scenes: crew onboarding, visa tracking, accreditation, accommodation, travel logistics, and more. All in one central, scalable system. Trusted by industry professionals, we're building tools that match the pace and precision of world-class productions.

🔧 What You'll Be Working On:

• Building and maintaining backend features in Laravel
• Integrating frontend components using Inertia.js and React
• Working closely with our team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel
• Familiarity with Inertia.js and React
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

🌟 Bonus Points For:

• Experience with AWS and Laravel Vapor (serverless deployments)
• Comfortable with Tailwind CSS
• Previous freelance or remote experience

📝 Contract Terms

• Freelance contract agreement
• Up to Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Remote, flexible schedule (overlap with GMT preferred)
• Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension
